A t Primary Performers we use an Expression of Interest process for the children who wish to take part. Due to the popularity of the program and restrictions on how many cast numbers we can take on, this is the best way to ensure a fair and balanced cast for the performance. It is NOT a first in-best dressed selection.
Only children in Grades 1 to 6 in 2026 can be accepted. Please note that we try as hard as we can to accommodate everyone but in the last couple of years we have experienced a large increase in children wanting to join. For this reason please take a look at the schedule and only sign up if you can really commit to the dates.
Expressions of Interest were open in December 2025 for the 2026 show and are now closed.
Following the close of the EOI, the Directors and Program Leaders review the Expressions of Interests and confirm a cast of children. As a teaching and learning environment we do take a certain number of children that have participated in previous years. They are role models for new participants. In PP, children don’t just learn from the directors but also from their peers as well.
Following on from this, parents & guardians will be notified via email of the outcome.
If you have been selected for the program, the email will contain a link to register your child. The cost of the program is $70 but please do not let this be a barrier to the program & feel free to have a chat with us if it is.
